Warehouse Manager

Production and Supply Chain · Seattle, Washington

This position will be responsible to implement and oversee warehouse support of manufacturing operations and R&D across all First Mode warehouses in the Puget Sound region. This position will oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities. In addition, this position will be responsible for building a team of warehouse supervisors and specialists across multiple locations. 

Position Responsibilities

  • Setup and manage multiple warehouse in Puget Sound region in support of supply chain objectives
  • Build and maintain a close working relationship with R&D, Manufacturing and field operations stakeholders
  • Build then manage a team of warehouse supervisors and specialist across multiple warehouse locations
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution activities
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with ERP system
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
  • Maintain standards of health, safety and security

Basic Qualifications

  • 7-10 years experience working in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven work experience standing up new warehouses
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems
  • Leadership skills and ability manage staff
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment

Additional Requirements

  • This position will be responsible for multiple locations in the Greater Seattle area and Centralia, WA

Location

  • This position will be located at First Mode’s headquarters in Seattle, WA and will be required to work in office 100% of working hours

Total Rewards

Base Salary Range: $97,750 - $123,625
