The Electro-Mechanical Technician, Test will work with the test engineering group to deploy the test infrastructure for unique R&D and production hardware.
Position Responsibilities
- Assembly of prototype zero emission power modules
- Assembly and reconfiguration of facility test support equipment
- Interpreting complex mechanical and electrical drawings & schematics.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in precision assembly with an emphasis on mechanical or electrical skill sets
- 3+ years of demonstrated ability with hands-on builds/projects
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience collaborating and working cross functionally with other teams
- Familiarity with hydrogen fuel cells or high voltage battery systems
- Experience assembling and troubleshooting aerospace, military hardware, or other related fields
- Knowledge of reading electrical and mechanical prints and familiarity with GD&T
- Ability to document and maintain accurate records
Additional Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
Location
- This position will be located at First Mode’s headquarters in Seattle, WA and will be required to work in office 100% of working hours
TOTAL REWARDS
Base Salary Range: $45.00 - $55.00/hr
