First Mode is looking forward to hosting the 2021 GeekWire Rooftop BBQ + Sounders Day, a popular annual event for self-proclaimed geeks and soccer fans in the Seattle area. Tickets are now on sale for the September 14 event, the pregame portion of which will be held at First Mode’s office rooftop in Pioneer Square—across the street from Lumen Field, the home stadium of the Seattle Sounders FC. The game itself will be a semifinal Leagues Cup match against Liga MX’s Santos Laguna squad, beginning at 7 p.m.
The 2021 event will include celebrity guest appearances, food and drinks, a DJ, free swag, a raffle, and a ticket to the soccer game. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or simply looking to nerd out with a like-minded crowd, put on your green and blue on September 14 and get ready to cheer with the GeekWire faithful!
Please note: Attendees must be fully vaccinated and will have their temperature checked upon arrival.
